At blinkiiesshop, we ship both within the United States and internationally, including select countries in Latin America (LATAM) and other approved regions.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-order items or special releases may take longer; estimated dates will be listed on the product page.


🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Most Latin American countries (including but not limited to: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru)

  • Select international countries (subject to approval at checkout)

❗ Some countries or remote regions may be excluded due to shipping restrictions, customs laws, or carrier limitations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you to cancel or modify your order.


📦 Shipping Time Estimates

LATAM & International 7–21 business days

⏳ Please note: International orders may take longer due to two-stage shipping — first from our U.S. facility to a warehouse, then to your final destination.


📦 Two-Stage Shipping for International Orders

For many international orders, especially to LATAM:

  1. Your order first ships from our U.S. fulfillment center to our international distribution warehouse.

  2. From there, it is processed and sent to your country via local or regional carriers.


✈️ Shipping Carriers

We use a mix of trusted partners, including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx (for U.S. and outbound international shipments)

  • Local postal carriers in your country (for final delivery)

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.


🚫 Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • SOME International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is not received:

  1. Check with your local carrier or customs office.

  2. If still unresolved, contact us at karina@blinkiiesshop.com within 7 days.


📹 Unboxing Video Required for Claims

To request a refund or report missing/damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video recorded when opening the package.
